The completion of evidence and official site visit ended 4 weeks of the enquiry on
22nd December 2006.
The final summing up takes place in The Guildhall Barnstaple on 11th/12th January 2007, commencing at 10:00 am.
We understand that the final decision could take anything between three and nine months.
Our advocate Geoffrey Sinclair has done an excellent job for us and it is now obvious that it would have
been an extremely difficult task without his help.
